2.3 Platform: the Orading platform has been developed to give users the ability to monitor all accounts on different exchanges in one place. The platform also gives users the ability to trade using trader bots. The platform is currently available through the Website.
2.4 User(s): private person(s) or legal entity(ies) making use of the services.
2.5 API Key(s): API Key is a code that allows your account to interact with your account(s) on the exchange(s) and also provides some services to API user(s).
2.6 Exchange(s): a cryptocurrency exchange that you have account(s) on and you use it for trading cryptocurrencies.
2.7 Data: Including Public Data, Client Data.
2.8 Services: cryptocurrency prices, trading analytics, market surveys, cryptocurrency trading, cryptocurrency portfolio, and other services provided by us to you via the Website under the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
2.9 Website: the Website located at Orading.com and all subdomains of such Website.
3.1 You are aware of the risks associated with trading digital currencies

3.3 Orading is not liable for risks and outcomes in anyways
3.4 We have the right to change or modify these terms at any time. So your continued use of Orading after these changes is deemed your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using Orading.
4.1 In order to sign-up and use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years of age.
4.2 If you are entering into these terms and conditions on behalf of a legal person, you represent that you have the authority to bind such legal person to these terms and conditions. You also represent that you have shared all email addresses, passwords, and access credentials with other authorized representatives of the legal person. You also represent that all the information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date. If you do not have such authority to bind a legal person to these terms and conditions you shall not access or use the Platform.
4.3 You are solely responsible for ensuring that the use of the Orading in accordance with these terms and conditions in your jurisdiction of residence is permitted by applicable laws. If the use of this Platform is not permitted by laws, you shall not access or use the Platform.
4.4 The process of creating an account is free of charge. Orading has the right to refuse to provide you a client account at its own discretion, in this case, you shall not use the Platform.
4.5 You can terminate the process of registration at any time. you can also check for errors in the information that you have entered.
4.6 Connecting with a cryptocurrency exchange account. In order to place orders and execute trades, you must have a cryptocurrency exchange account ("Exchange Account") (for example, Binance, Kucoin, etc).
4.7 To connect your Exchange Account with the Client Account you must create the API and the API secret, by logging into your Exchange Account. Prior to connecting an Exchange Account, you are required to confirm that the Exchange Account belongs personally to yourself.
4.8 You are required to provide accurate and complete information about yourself. You may change or update your account information at any time.
4.9 You are not allowed to let a third party use your account. If, under any circumstance your account is blocked or deleted, you are no longer entitled to use the platform.
5.1 Using the Platform is only permitted within the intended purpose. Any particular misuse of the Platform is not permitted. You agree not to use your Client Account and the Platform in order to:
5.1.1 Upload, post, email, transmit or otherwise make available any content that is unlawful, harmful, abusive, fraudulent, harassing, insulting, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, hateful or racist, glorifies violence, that is pornographic, unethical or otherwise prohibited;
5.1.2 send viruses, junk mail, chain letters, or any kind of ads;
5.1.3 Withdraw data by using automated systems;
5.1.4 Make and distribute copies of Services and Platform;
5.1.5 Trade on exchanges that you are not allowed to;
5.1.6 Violate any applicable national or international laws, as well as rights of third parties.
5.2 You acknowledge that your account is only yours and NO third party will have access to it in anyways and for any purpose. You are solely responsible for your account data. You also hereby agree to ensure that you log out from your Client Account at the end of each session.
5.3 You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused to you or anyone using our Platform or Services.
6.1 At this time we don't reveal your trading data and we keep it safe on our servers and your data is confidential. We may use your trading data for certain purposes, but your data always stays on our platform.
6.2 You warrant that the information you have provided during the registration process is complete and correct. You are responsible for the data in your account.
6.3 Orading has the right to no longer make available certain functionalities of the account or other services, to not grant an account to any person.
6.4 We are not responsible for your personal data on our servers in anyways and you are solely responsible for your personal data. You agree that Orading is not responsible for any leakage or loss of data.
7.1 All offers regarding Orading services are subject to these terms.
7.2 The prices on the Website, do not include taxes unless indicated.
7.3 We have the right to amend prices at any time. These changes may take effect immediately or not.
8.1 You need a subscription to use specific Services we provide on the Platform. subscriptions are offered for a fixed amount per month and year. you can apply for subscriptions on our Website.
8.2 We immediately give users access to the platform corresponding to a subscription on the start date. Some problems may occur regarding your subscription and being able to use the Services, you agree that we are not responsible for that.
9.1 At the moment the only possible method to make payments is by cryptocurrencies. Different kinds of payment methods may be added to the Platform.
9.2 Corresponding to the subscription that user has paid for, the account will have access to extra services.
9.3 The price of the subscription will be paid by user with respect to the plan that the user has chosen.
9.4 You are solely responsible for any problem that may occur in the process of paying for subscription plans.
10.1 Orading Website is available on computers and mobile devices. Orading team does its best to make sure you can access and use the platform all the time but is not responsible for any problem that may occur while you are trying to access the Platform.
10.2 Orading is not responsible for any unavailability of the platform, or any difficulty to access content or any other problems that are likely to happen as result.
10.3 Orading may update or modify the platform and its functionality - at its own discretion - at any time. Orading is not responsible for any maintenance regarding the platform and any downtime resulting from these actions.
10.4 Orading hereby disclaims all implied warranties regarding the availability of the platform and Orading does not accept any responsibility for failures in the system. Orading services are provided "as available" without warranty of any kind.
10.5 We are not responsible for third parties involved in the use of Orading platform and services. User is solely responsible for third parties that have been used by the user.
10.6 User and Orading hereby agree to the following limitations of liability to the use of the services:
10.6.1 Unless there is willful misconduct on the part of Orading, Orading is not liable in any way for users' damages whatsoever that may happen as a result.
10.6.2 Orading is not liable for any damage to user that occurs due to the fact that Orading assumed incorrect or incomplete information provided by user to be correct and complete in the execution of the Agreement.
10.6.3 If for any reason Orading is liable, the liability will be limited to an amount of $500 USD.
10.7 Orading is not liable for any damage resulting from having access, no access, or limited access to and use of the platform or content or services provided on the platform. We are not liable for:
10.7.1 The operation or unavailability of Orading and or other services;
10.7.2 Loss and leak of data;
10.7.3 Loss of profit;
10.7.4 Claims of third parties in connection with the use platform and other services;
10.7.5 The proper functioning of external links available through Orading or other services;
10.7.6 The lack of financial benefit for the users through the use of Orading;
10.7.7 Stolen login credentials or any third party making use of the service without user's consent;
10.7.8 Any damage or alteration to user's equipment in any situation and on any device as a result of the use of the platform or other services;
10.7.9 Failures due to events beyond Orading's reasonable control;
10.7.10 Any damage due to the use of any third party
10.8 Orading does not provide any investment, legal, or tax advice. We do not consider your circumstance in any way and you should consider the circumstance prior to the use of our service.
11.1 Orading has the right to make changes to these terms. We may provide notice about changes, but user is solely responsible for checking changes. The continued use of Orading after these changes is deemed your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to these terms, you must stop using Orading immediately.
12.1 User does not have the right to transfer the rights and obligations from these Terms to third parties.
12.2 The invalidity or unenforceability of provision of these Terms shall not affect the validity or enforceability of any other provision of these Terms.
12.3 User will indemnify, defend, and hold Orading harmless from and against all liabilities, damages, and costs (including settlement costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of third-party claims regarding:
12.3.1 Any damage resulting from behaviour of user related to the use of our services
12.3.2 Breach by user of these terms
